I have 2 BMW's and just moved here. I went for service and it was a very pleasant experience! Robert Czaplicki greeted me as soon as I arrived. Robert went above and beyond his duties finding the warranty I have and fixing more than I even asked for! Robert found me a desk to work at. The showroom/waiting room is the nicest I have ever seen. I'm 60 and bought new cars every other year, so I have seen my share of dealerships. Even the food complimentary food and beverage was so large, I had a hard time choosing what snack to eat. Robert checked on me 3 times to see if I needed anything! What a great repair experience.
