Pleasant experience All around! Jade Ashley was my sales person and she was very sweet and on top of what I was looking for in my next BMW. It was also my birthday and upon leaving in my new car she had champagne a dozen roses and a delicious cake for my to go home with.

Our experience with both BMW of Ocala and Jade Ashley Montoya was excellent. They got the exact vehicle we wanted built to our specifications and got it delivered in a very reasonable timeframe. The pricing was very fair, Jade's communications were great, and the process worked very smoothly to save us time and trouble.

My 2008 BMW X3 was having problems on the turnpike near Ocala. I limped into the dealership thinking to take it into service. I was traveling from Key West to Colorado and made decision to buy a new car instead. The entire staff was amazing….service to sales etc…. I felt much safer !!!! Trey, Christina, and James N were professional and extremely personable, which is hard to find in salespeople nowadays. They did an excellent job in respecting and appreciating me as a customer, while ensuring I got a great deal on a vehicle. They were never pushy or rude in any way and this dealership deserves a lot of credit for either hiring the right personnel or properly training their staff. I refused to buy a vehicle from many other dealerships I had either spoken to or visited, because they lack the very traits that this dealership encourages. I highly recommend them.

Weetley Leonvil is the best sales consultant I have ever met. I wanted a specific BMW 530I and he found it right away. Officially bought it yesterday & the entire process was amazing. My wife owns 2012 Mini Cooper and has always loved it. She won't get rid of it. I lost the key for the wheel lock and after 2 days of trying to find one or help getting the old one off I decided to to call Ocala BMW. I was wary checking out a used car at a BMW dealership. The car was not a BMW. I was afraid I would be looked upon as a second class citizen. I was not. Michael the salesman and rest of employees treated us very special, going out of their ways to work with us. We got a great car at a great price and Michael gave us a bouquet of flowers and a nice cake when we closed the deal. We would definitely go back.
