Ibra was an amazing client advisor. This was my first time car purchase so there were a lot of things I was unsure of. Ibra was able to answer all of my questions in great detail. Throughout the entire purchasing process, he provided amazing service. Ibra and the great team at BMW Ocala provided a driver to bring me from the airport in Orlando to their location. I was going to pay for an uber which would have been at least $120. BMW Ocala has top tier service and it was a magnificent experience.
