I was searching for a very specific color combination of bmw x3 and this dealership just so happened to have it. From the time I submitted interest, James the sales manager called me within 2 minutes on a Saturday evening and answered all of my questions.
Since I would be buying out of state I had pretty aggressive requirements for videos, quality photos and service records. Antonio is the sales rep I worked with and he did a fantastic job of giving me all the information I needed to feel comfortable about buying the vehicle from 1000 miles away.

The dealership served my car in a timeline matter. My concerns were addressed in a way that should be. The only problem I had - the threat of tires estimate. I think it was wrong measurement . I remeasured it by myself and came up with different results.
Antonio was a pleasure to work with during this transaction. There were a few hoops to jump through but Antonio kept me informed and made sure I understood what was being done. I don’t know any of the other salesperson(s) but if I’m in the market for another BMW, I will be using Antonio.
The service department is outstanding. Robert Czaplicki is the best service advisor I’ve ever dealt with. He’s thorough and keeps you informed. I highly recommend him.

We visited the dealership to take a look at the 2026 and inquire about the 2027 x5. Tre informed us that the 2027 would be more voice controlled and newly designed which helped us decided not to wait for the 2027. We liked our 2024 which we traded in and told Tre when comparing cars that one of the options we liked very much was the ventilated seats. We were told the vehicle we bought had ventilated seats.
