The staff Robb Cole BMW Four s Store is very warm and the service attitude is very good. Other staff also ask you what to drink or eat when they meet you. Each of them is very polite and smiling, which makes me feel very friendly and feel that this is my own home. They returned the following day to pick up our other trade and totally explained features and set up our X-3 at our home. The new paperwork is excessive but not the fault of BMW. BMW We ordered our new BMW in April 2024 but did not want it until September 2024. BMW of Ocala and our salesman James Niedermayer were great to work with. They waited until the last possible time to order a 24 and it was probably the last 2024 X3 built in the US. The car was showroom clean and ready for pickup just as we requested. Best dealership I've ever dealt with. I ordered my car last year over the phone and got it within 6 weeks as promised. Upon taking possession of the vehicle, I had a two hour training session at the dealership followed up by another two hour training session at my home. In May for my first year's service, they picked up the car and left me a loaner and did the same for the recall which they addressed this month. Everyone, from the Sales Staff to the Service Department has been absolutely fantastic.

Dependable service at a stressful time, which is greatly appreciated. My 2010 BMW 335i was experiencing significant problems starting. My service advisor Rob Czaplicki went over all of my concerns in detail, so I had the added benefit of getting some minor fixes accomplished in the same visit. He kept me informed, ensured I had transportation to and from the dealership, did two extensive test drives to confirm all was well, and even worked to save me some money where possible. The service team that worked on my vintage BMW were great. Sheik (advisor) and Cosmo (technician) had to deal with hard to find parts and parts that were not available, but persevered and returned the car in great condition. Many shops do not take on vintage cars so it was wonderful to have Cosmo, an official BMW technician, work on my M6.
